This is what two children are able to do for seven minutes without supervision

We all have an anecdote to remember (and to forget) about some crush of our little ones. What child has not done a mischief? All, or almost all. When they are your own children, it seems incredible that they have been able, but like every child, they do things without measuring the consequences, just because they think it is fun. They don't think twice.

The same thing happened to Paul Schettini, a father from Florida who has found what two children are able to do for seven minutes of supervision... and a pair of finger paint cans.

Just 7 minutes, only 420 seconds. Long enough for her two children to decorate the room with red and green finger paint they found in some corner.

Imagine the father's face when he saw one of his little ones coming down the hall dressed only in a diaper and covered in paint, leaving behind a trail of red and green footprints. These are the moments that you scold, but you cannot contain the laughter when you see them full of paint.

Has something similar happened to you?

As I said before, surely many will have some similar anecdote with your children. At first glance we say "What a disaster" and we get to scold them and tell them how bad they have done. But if we stop for a couple of seconds to think about it, we realize that screaming and punishment do not make sense. They had the paint at their fingertips, they saw it fun and acted without thinking about the consequences. Because they are children.

It is better to talk and explain what they have done wrong, and of course, teach them to solve the matter. So, rags in hand and clean the room. Fortunately, it was washable paint. Do you have any similar anecdote to share?
