Cinemá: cinema functions for parents with babies

I love going to the movies and when my child was a baby my husband and I couldn't go to a show together. Our family members live far away so we don't have grandparents, uncles who help us out in Lucas's care. There was no alternative but home video. But the living room of the home is not the same as a movie theater, isn't it?

Well, this whole story comes because in Mexico Cinemex movie theaters have Functions for parents with babies: Cinemá. Parents can take their babies from newborn to 18 months to see the billboard releases.

The room is fully equipped for small attendees: an adequate sound level, pleasant temperature and 50% lighting that allows the baby to be cared for. Inside they also have a changing table, diapers, wet wipes and bottle warmers. There is also a parking for strollers and an area for storing chairs, bags and other accessories. If the baby cries there is no problem, you can walk through the hallways or the lobby of the cinema and you will not disturb anyone; there are more parents in the same situation.

The functions are on Thursdays and Saturdays in the morning, and if that were not enough Cinemá offers you the opportunity to vote to select the movie you want to be scheduled every week. A good idea for parents who do not want to miss the best premieres of the season.

If a Mexican baby reader and more has attended the Cinemá functions we would like you to share your experience.
