Wishbone, an ecologically aware bicycle

Today we bring to our pages an interesting proposal for the little ones to ride with their first bicycle. Wishbone is an ecological bicycle It has a design in which it tries to convey the concern about the giant snail of New Zealand, which is in danger of extinction. In addition, it is made of recycled wood and plastic, so the concern for the environment is total.

It is a limited edition that Neal Whittington has developed for Wishbone Bike, and is intended for children who have already learned to walk and who at most will be able to use it up to 5 years. The bicycle has no pedals, which makes the kids have to find their own balance by resting their feet on the ground.

But for that reason I do not think it makes much grace to children who have already learned to walk and look for stronger "emotions". Come on, a little speed.

For the little ones we can use it with three wheels, which provides greater security. Afterwards, we can move on to the two-wheel version.

As we say, this bike takes into account the environment by being made of recycled plastic, wood from plantations and non-toxic paints. I think it's very pretty, with those plant motifs on the chassis and that atypical whiteness on the bikes.

Yes, Wishbone, the ecologically aware bike, both in its materials and in its claiming spirit, it costs about 220 euros. If we want to save something, the standard edition, without ornaments, costs about 190 euros. At least it is sold with a manual in Spanish to assemble and modify it without bundling ...
