Highlights in Babies and more: July 5-11

One more week we offer the review to the best of the week in Babies and more, with varied topics, from curious facts to the most recent scientific studies, through personal reflections and experiences that we hope will be of interest to our readers.

We have commented on the amazing recent and solo patenity of Cristiano Ronaldo, a well-known footballer and the effort of Paula Radcliffe, an athlete who has participated in a seven month pregnant race.

Continuing with curious news, which seems to abound in summer, we have met Firhall, a town in Scotland where it is not allowed to have children, something that has left me dumbfounded and I still cannot believe that it is legal, since it involves discrimination based on Age ratio that undermines fundamental principles.

We have enjoyed some beautiful personalized maps for the children. And speaking of fun and original things, we have seen the curious Motherchildbag, a shopping bag for mothers and children.

We have given you some basic child safety tips in the pool, essential in the summer to avoid dislikes and frights.

We have also commented on the names that can not be given to babies according to the law and of the lovely children who are pets in the parks.

We have brought you two new interviews within the series conducted this month to psychotherapist Enrique Blay, who has spoken to us bluntly stating that "children are often treated as inferior beings" and that "lack is equal dependence." In this same line of exposure of the bases of the breeding of attachment we have explained that the scourges are useless.

We have also commented on a controversial article published recently that states that early exposure to cow's milk could have benefits and a very interesting work that analyzes the reason why women and killer whales become grandmothers for having menopause, and that We have presented as human grandmothers and whale grandmothers.

Next week we will continue to collect the best articles published in Babies and more what we are already working for
