Christmas recipes to make with children. Santa Claus minipizzas

What pizza almost all children like is clear, but usually do not throw more than ham and cheese, as soon as they start to see some vegetables they start to put on little bones and separate all those "weird things" that they don't like. But hey, the thing changes if you present at the table a Santa Claus minipizza With your nice hat or Christmas detail that you like. Given that I think no child would say no.

Today I added some tender sprouts of spinach and a bell pepper or Piquillo for garnish. You you can incorporate under the cheese, those vegetables that your little ones like best. Surely they love to knead each their minipizza and place all the ingredients until they reach the Santa hat.

How to make Santa Claus mini pizzas

To make the dough, mix in a bowl the warm water, the oil and the yeast, dissolve it well and add the flour and salt, mixing everything and gradually forming a dough. Knead on a floured table and go forming a ball. Leave it in a bowl covered with a cloth in a warm place until double the volume.

When time passes, knead again and divide the dough into four parts by stretching it in a circle. Place them on baking sheets and leave them another twenty minutes to double again. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with heat only below.

Add the tomato sauce, spinach sprouts, chopped ham, and grated cheese. Put the pepper on top, sprinkle the oregano on top and put them in the oven for twenty-five minutes. When there are five minutes left to finish, open the oven and place the mozzarella ball on the tip of the hat and a strip of the large ball cut in a rectangular shape for the base of the hat. Continue baking until time runs out.
