My menu without milk, a blog for parents of allergic children

I found this blog that I want to share because I think it can help many parents of children with a cow's milk protein allergy. Is called My menu without milk and it has been created by Silvia, the mother of an allergic child with the idea not only to spread cow's milk protein allergy in children, but to create social awareness and provide support to those families that are living this food allergy.

As in most allergies, it occurs when some of the substances that are part of cow's milk are recognized as "enemies" by the child's defensive system. You have to differentiate allergy from protein intolerance of cow's milk, which is a milder picture.

If you have a child who suffers from this allergy or you suspect that you may have it, I recommend you take a look at the blog. In it you will find real information about the symptoms, the tests that are performed to detect the allergy, as well as what are the brands of food without milk, recipes of dishes or desserts to prepare without milk and without eggs, and also material, videos, talks and workshops for parents.

It seemed to me the most complete, because in addition to practical advice, false myths about allergies are demolished and helps guide parents in the psychological aspects of the child suffering from a food allergy. How to help in school and in everyday life to avoid isolation and the feeling of being different.
