Christmas children's workshops at the Valle de Alberche Nature Museum

Decorating Christmas with berries, making a particular Christmas tree or your own Bethlehem are some of the activities for children in the children's workshops of the Alberche Valley Nature Museum in El Barraco (Ávila).

This is a series of workshops for children from the age of four and will take place on some Saturdays and Friday in December at the Museum.

  • Saturday December 7: Christmas decoration workshop with fruits of the forest, reusing materials and elements of nature.

  • Saturday, December 14: Christmas tree workshop (a Christmas tree of recycled materials) and carol singing.

  • Friday, December 27: Workshop on the Portal of Bethlehem and the animals (each child will make a Bethlehem) and again carol singing to set the mood.

  • Friday, January 3: "What animals sleep in winter?"This workshop is not specifically related to Christmas, but it will teach us all about the animals that sleep during the coldest time of the year.

Recall that this Museum houses an important zoological collection of the treasured biodiversity in this enclave included in the Network of Natural Areas of Castilla y León. The workshops will be held from 11 to 13:30 hours on the indicated days.

The entrance to participate in these Christmas workshops for children in the Nature Museum of Alberche It costs two euros. They are very interesting proposals, I hope you can enjoy some of them.
