Breaded sole delicacies for the little ones

Fish sometimes have a bad reputation, but most children eat them well if we have the ability to feed them properly. One of the best ways is to do it with batters because they have a mild taste and familiar appearance. That's why today we are going to prepare breaded sole delicacies for the little ones.

Just as we did a long time ago when we prepared hake delicacies, today we are going to use some soles to which the loins will have been removed. You can also use rooster fillets or any other similar white and tasty fish. The result is delicious, the small pieces are very rich and very juicy and they will surely be delighted.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 large soles or two roosters of fillets, 2 eggs and flour to batter

How to make battered sole delicacies

The sole is usually grilled but when they are a good size, it is delicious to cut them into small pieces and batter them as we do with other varieties of fish. This makes it easier introduce other varieties of fish in the children's diet.

Once chopped, sprinkle lightly with salt and pass each piece through flour, then beaten egg, frying the pieces in hot oil without delay. We keep a couple of minutes per face until the egg begins to toast.

So we get them to be well done inside and crispy on the outside. We take out the pieces of fish and leave them on paper kitchen absorbent to remove excess fat and we serve them in a bowl accompanied by lettuce leaves.

If we want to make a soft sauce as an accompaniment, we mix in a bowl two tablespoons of mayonnaise sauce, (In summer we always use it industrial) with two tablespoons of natural yogurt and stir until well integrated both ingredients. We bring to the table immediately.

The breaded sole delicacies for the little ones everyone will like it at home and dinner will be a real pleasure for everyone in the house. It is a light and complete recipe if it is accompanied by a little lettuce salad and a little lemon juice. If you want you can also put some mayonnaise lightened with yogurt.
